Before enrolling students in our online math group classes, please take note of the following terms and conditions:
- Registration: The completion of the registration form confirms your interest in our program.
- Class Placement: Students will be evaluated based on their grade level and performance to ensure proper placement in the appropriate group.
- Fee Payment: Payment of the specified fees is required to secure a spot in the classes. Details regarding payment methods will be provided upon registration.
- Class Schedule: The class schedule will be shared with you via email. It is essential to adhere to the scheduled timings for each session.
- Attendance and Participation: Regular attendance and active participation are expected from students to maximize their learning experience.
- Code of Conduct: Students are required to follow a respectful and disciplined code of conduct during class sessions. Any disruptive behavior may result in termination from the program.
- Parental Involvement: Parents are encouraged to provide necessary support and monitor their child's progress throughout the program.
- Cancellations and Refunds: The refund for annual enrollment will be determined by considering the number of months attended by the student, adding a 30-day cancellation period, treating it as a monthly enrollment until then, and prorating the amount before issuing the refund. This ensures a fair and proportional refund based on the remaining duration of the enrollment period.
For Example: The total cost of the annual enrollment for AP Statistics is $1350, and the course duration is 9 months. After attending the course for 3 months, the user decides to cancel the enrollment. We will consider a 30-day cancellation period, treating it as a monthly enrollment until then.
First, let's calculate the prorated amount for the 3 months attended: Prorated Amount = Monthly Enrollment fees x Number of Months Attended Prorated Amount = $169 x 3 = $507
Next, we add the 30-day cancellation period, treating it as a monthly enrollment: $169
Total Amount considered as fees = $507 + $169 = $676
Therefore, the user would receive a refund of $1350-$676 = $674 for the annual AP Statistics course after attending for 3 months and considering a 30-day cancellation period.
In the case of monthly enrollments, once the fees are paid for the program, they are non-refundable. We kindly request parents to carefully consider their decision before making the payment, as refunds will not be issued after the payment has been processed.
